1. Who we are
This website is operated by KOPET Holding LLC and its group companies (together, “KOPET”, “we”, “us”), 259 S Broad St, Ste 201, Mooresville, NC 28115. Services offered to members are provided by KOPET Services LLC. By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. We are not attorneys and we do not give legal advice
KOPET and its companies are not a law firm. None of our team members act as attorneys. We do not provide legal services, legal advice or immigration services, and we do not represent anyone before any court, agency or government office. Nothing on this website, in our communications or in our services is legal advice. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney licensed in your state.
3. Notary services
A Notary Public is not an attorney in North Carolina and cannot give legal advice, prepare or draft documents, or accept fees for legal advice. Notarial acts are charged only at the fees allowed by North Carolina law (currently a maximum of $10 per signature).
4. Translation services
Our translation service consists only of translating the text of documents you provide. It does not include completing, filling out or selecting forms, or advising on which forms to use.
5. Membership
KOPET Club and KOPET Business memberships are granted by application. The benefits, prices and conditions of each membership are governed by a written membership agreement. Partner discounts are disclosed to the member in writing before they are used. Membership is not insurance, not a health plan and not an investment product. KOPET does not sell insurance and does not charge or receive any fee for referring Medicaid or Medicare patients.
6. Group companies
Each company in the KOPET group (including Copplux, Foedus, ihelp, Magnus 180 and LIFE 180) operates under its own terms. Foedus is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; it works exclusively with law firms, not with their clients.
7. Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. The content, logos and trademarks on this website belong to KOPET or their respective owners and may not be copied without written permission.
8. No guarantees and limitation of liability
The information on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, KOPET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. We may update them at any time; the date above shows the latest version.

2. No somos abogados y no damos consejo legal
KOPET y sus compañías no son un bufete de abogados. Ningún miembro de nuestro equipo actúa como abogado. No prestamos servicios legales, no damos consejo legal ni prestamos servicios de inmigración, y no representamos a nadie ante tribunales, agencias u oficinas de gobierno. 3. Servicios de notaría
Un Notario Público no es abogado en Carolina del Norte y no puede dar consejo legal, preparar ni redactar documentos, ni cobrar por consejo legal. Los actos notariales se cobran únicamente según las tarifas que permite la ley de Carolina del Norte (actualmente un máximo de $10 por firma).
4. Servicios de traducción
Nuestro servicio de traducción consiste únicamente en traducir el texto de los documentos que usted nos entrega. No incluye completar, llenar ni escoger formularios, ni aconsejar qué formularios usar.
5. Membresía
Las membresías KOPET Club y KOPET Business se otorgan por solicitud. Los beneficios, precios y condiciones de cada membresía se rigen por un contrato de membresía escrito. Los descuentos de aliados se informan por escrito al miembro antes de usarlos. La membresía no es un seguro, ni un plan de salud, ni un producto de inversión. KOPET no vende seguros y no cobra ni recibe pago alguno por referir pacientes de Medicaid o Medicare.
6. Compañías del grupo
Cada compañía del grupo KOPET (incluidas Copplux, Foedus, ihelp, Magnus 180 y LIFE 180) opera bajo sus propios términos. Foedus no es un bufete de abogados y no da consejo legal; trabaja exclusivamente con bufetes, no con sus clientes.
7. Uso de este sitio
Usted se compromete a usar este sitio solo con fines lícitos y a dar información verdadera en los formularios que envíe. Los contenidos, logotipos y marcas de este sitio pertenecen a KOPET o a sus respectivos dueños y no pueden copiarse sin permiso escrito.
